Mohunbagan's winning streak continues as they won the vital match against chirag by 2-0.Now bagan secured their 2nd place in the 1st league of I-League with 21 points;just 1 point behind Sporting Clube The Goa. From the beginning Bagan started to play attacking football;the result came very shortly.Bagan took the lead in19th minute;Lalkamal took a short corner through Tulunga;he just floated the ball in 2nd post and Barreto did no mistake to send the ball back of the net.Bagan continued playing attacking football.2nd goal came through a beautiful move;the team played 9-10 passes during that move;finally Barreto passed the ball to Bhaichung;a stunning half-volly and the ball kissed the back of the net.Bagan went 2-0 up.In the 2nd half bagan started to play a bit defensive to protect the lead but Chirag continued to play rough football.Chirag got couple of chance but could not capitalise the opportunities.Meanwhile Bagan 3 players were shown yellow card;as a result dependable midfielder Masih will miss the next match.
